·        PACKAGING & PRESENTATION                                      
All Sandy B Jewellery Designs come beautifully presented, ready to give as a gift.  Each piece comes carefully wrapped in tissue paper and presented in either a gift box or an organza drawstring gift bag, depending on the size and nature of the piece, and finished tied with ribbon.   All items are then sent packaged in bubble wrap and sealed in a padded envelope. 

·        DELIVERY
Items will be despatched on the next working day after payment is received.

·       UK Postage 
FREE DELIVERY Standard Postage within the UK is free and items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which normally takes 1 to 2 Working Days Delivery. This method of posting is trackable and will require a signature upon delivery.

UK Insured/Next Working Day Delivery : £5.95 
If you would like your item sent insured, please opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) this method of posting guarantees delivery by 1.00pm the following working day and includes insurance, Track & Trace facility and requires a signature upon delivery.  This is a flat rate charge so even if your order is for more than one item, you will still only be charged £5.95.      

·        INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE/SHIPPING

EUROPE:  £4.95 flat rate and items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For where available.    The flat rate means that even if you purchase more than one item, you will still only be charged £4.95.

USA/Worldwide:  £6.95 flat rate and items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For where available.  The flat rate means that even if you purchase more than one item, you will still only be charged £6.95. 

Please note I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit - if you would like your items to be sent with extra insurance, please contact me before making a payment. 

·        OVERSEAS DUTIES/TAXES
Please note that you are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be incurred on items when they reach your destination. 

·        RETURNS POLICY 
I want you to be totally happy with your purchase.   If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return the item to me unworn, in pristine condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund minus the postage/shipping charges.   Items must be returned to me via the same method of postage originally used for delivery.  Return postage costs are not refundable.  Should you wish to return an item, please ensure that you contact me via email beforehand to arrange the return.   Please note that I am unable to accept returns for commissioned work.
 
For Health & Safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

·        JEWELLERY INFORMATION & CARE
All jewellery descriptions are given as accurately and in as much detail as possible. Some of the items may be shown larger than their actual size but  sizes/dimensions are given where possible.  Please note that colours on individual computer monitors and internet browser settings can differ. 
To prolong the life and care of jewellery items they should not be exposed to harsh or household chemicals, immersed in water or treated roughly.
As tarnishing of metals is a naturally occurring process as metal parts react to gasses and air, Sandy B Jewellery Designs does not take responsibility for any tarnishing of metals/metal parts that may occur. 
Sandy B Jewellery Designs cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction that may occur in the wearing of such jewellery designs.

·       Disclaimer
Jewellery sold on this website may contain small parts, glass beads and components, designed for wear by capable adults and not intended for children and should therefore be kept out of their reach to avoid the hazard of choking or strangulation.   All children should be supervised at all times when wearing any form of jewellery and not left alone with any jewellery products. Sandy B Jewellery Designs will not be held responsible for any injury caused.
