~Captive Heart~ Vintage Shabby Chic Heart Locket Necklace - An Original Design by Sandy Bedford.
A unique handcrafted necklace designed around the most unusual and beautiful vintage brass heart locket in an open cage lattice-style, revealing two lovely little hearts one of which is a freshwater pearl heart and the other a smaller Czech glass heart captured within. The locket is accented with a hand wired, intricately detailed metal rose charm in a sumptuous shade of chocolate bronze, together with a glass pearl in the palest of peach with ornate antiqued bronze bead caps. The necklace chain has two further glass pearls nestled between antiqued bronze bead caps on an antiqued bronze style chain. The vintage heart locket has been oxidised with age resulting in a lovely dark golden patina.
The necklace fastens with a simple lobster claw clasp and is finished in traditional Sandy B style with the addition of a co-ordinating hand wired pearl drop and tiny flower charm in aged gold tone.
Dimensions: The heart locket measures approximately 30mm x 28mm with a depth of approximately 12mm. The necklace chain measures approximately 19.5 inches end to end.
