Disclaimer
Jewellery sold on this website may contain small parts, glass beads and components, designed for wear by capable adults and not intended for children and should therefore be kept out of their reach to avoid the hazard of choking or strangulation. All children should be supervised at all times when wearing any form of jewellery and not left alone with any jewellery products. Sandy B Jewellery Designs will not be held responsible for any injury caused.
Jewellery Information & Care
All jewellery descriptions are given as accurately and in as much detail as possible. Some of the items may be shown larger than their actual size but sizes/dimensions are given where possible. Please note that colours on individual computer monitors and internet browser settings can differ.
To prolong the life and care of jewellery items they should not be exposed to harsh or household chemicals, immersed in water or treated roughly.
As tarnishing of metals is a naturally occurring process as metal parts react to gasses and air, Sandy B Jewellery Designs does not take responsibility for any tarnishing of metals/metal parts that may occur.
Sandy B Jewellery Designs cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction that may occur in the wearing of such jewellery designs.
Privacy Policy
Information received is used solely to process customer orders only. Email addresses and personal information will never be shared with any third party. Financial/card details are never seen by or divulged to Sandy B Jewellery Designs or any other third party at any time.
Payments Accepted: PayPal, Debit Card and Credit Card
Payments can be made by most major Debit and Credit Cards and are processed through PayPal which is a secure, safe online payment processor. Your Card details will never be seen by or divulged to Sandy B Jewellery Designs or any other third party. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your Debit or Credit Card and you do not have to register with PayPal to pay with your Debit or Credit Card. International payments will automatically be converted into your currency.
Ordering
When you have chosen an item you wish to purchase simply click on the 'Add to Shoppping Cart' button. When you have finished shopping and are ready to pay, you can then select your postal delivery method from the drop down box and then just click on the 'Checkout' button to continue with the payment process, you can then pay quickly and securely by either Debit Card, Credit Card or by PayPal, you will be taken through step-by-step instructions on how to pay. Your card details are never seen by Sandy B Jewellery Designs or any other third party at any time.
Packaging & Presentation
All Sandy B Jewellery Designs come beautifully presented, ready to give as a gift. Each piece comes carefully wrapped in tissue paper and presented in either a gift box or an organza drawstring gift bag, depending on the size and nature of the piece, and finished tied with ribbon. All items are then sent packaged in bubble wrap and sealed in a padded envelope. .
Delivery/Despatch
Items will be posted out on the next working day after payment is received (no items will be posted on a weekend).
UK Postage Options
FREE DELIVERY Standard UK Postage is Free and items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery 1 to 2 Working Days Delivery.
This method of posting is trackable and will require a signature upon delivery.
UK Insured/Next Day Delivery Option: £6.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day) this method of posting guarantees delivery by 1.00pm the following working day and includes insurance, Track & Trace facility and requires a signature upon delivery.
This is a flat rate charge so even if your order is for more than one item, you will still only be charged £6.95.
International Postage
Europe: Postage to Europe is charged at a flat rate of £7.95 and items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For where available.
USA/Worldwide Postage is charged at a flat rate of £9.95 and items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For where available.
Please note I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit - if you require added insurance on items purchased, please contact me for details before making a payment.
Overseas Taxes/Duties
Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery to your country/destination.
Returns Policy
I take great pride in my work and I want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return the item to me unworn, in pristine condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund minus the postage charges. The item must be returned to me via the same method of postage originally used for delivery. Return postage costs are not refundable.
Should you wish to return an item, please ensure that you contact me first via email to arrange the return.
Please note that for Health & Safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
